Most Non-Clothing Orders Shipped Within 24 Hours
Our shelves are well stocked, so that most orders go out the day we receive them. Remember that some items, especially clothing items, are made to order and will take longer to ship. Also, due to unpredictable supply and demand, we sometime run out of things. Please feel free to call our information number (574-594-5852)
with questions about your order so we can advise you of any delays and suggest alternatives if possible. If an item has been on backorder for more than 60 days we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All returns should be made within 30 days and items must be in new condition. Items returned after more than 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Items altered in any way are not returnable.
We will exchange for other merchandise or refund the purchase price of the returned item, which ever your request. Please pack returned items securely and insure the package for your protection.
