This black wool felt hat body is blocked to size and ready to make into your favorite style. Crown is about 4 inches high and the brim is about 4 1/2 inches to 5 inches wide. Not trimmed. Pre-lined with a linen liner. Works great for many time periods - can be made into men's hats to fit 1740's up to 1840's - will make up into tricorns, cocked hats, round hats, flop hats and many other styles.
