We have had numerous request for a military cocked hat of a higher grade than our standard hand finished tricorn. We are very happy to introduce this hat which should just fill the bill. This hat is made from a hand blocked and hand stretched fur felt hat blank. This tricorn features 4-1/2" front brim and the full 6-1/2" fantail brim in the back (this length may be a bit shorter on the very largest sizes). We have trimmed these hat in a worsted wool tape for a smoother look. Finished with a linen hatband inside. Rosette cockade with pewter button on left side. Give head measurement. Specify black, white or yellow trim. Maximum hat size 7-3/4. These hats come standard with a HAT JACK, it will keep your hat the perfect size and shape while you are not wearing it.
This hat is very hand made and may take 3 to 4 weeks for shipment.
