Well as the old saying goes " a lock will only keep an honest man out ". This lock will fit this saying to a Tee, it is not the most sturdy lock every made, but it looks cool. It measures 3-1/4" by 2" by 7/8" thick and it is made just like the old 18th century padlocks. There is only one key combination so all the locks use the same key. If fact I am sure someone skilled with a paperclip would probably get it open. Black iron finish. The shackle is about 1/4" in diameter. This lock will look great on your pirate chest.
