The first official US flag, adopted by congress on June 14th 1777. Supposedly, Betsy Ross was commissioned to make the original. This story has often been challenged , yet it still remains a popular legend. This flag is 100% cotton that is sewn and embroidered. It will run if left in the rain. Approximately 3' X 5'.
