Porridge was a mainstay in the colonial diet and pots like these would have seen frequent use on many English and American hearths of the 1600’s and 1700’s. Handcrafted of heavy copper by our skilled redsmith here in the U.S.A. Both the body and the lid are hand-tinned. The base of the pot is cramped sealed and silver brazed. The elegant bail is handwrought iron. 9” tall by approximately 5-1/2” in diameter. Holds about 5 cups. For delivery to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States only.  May require additional delivery time.
